چکیده
We devised a DNA-based real time PCR (qPCR) assay for the identification of Rosa roxburghii. qPCR technology allows development relatively reliable and easy-to-use analytical methods species identification. The possible use method qualitative measurements was also tested on fruit juice products. results revealed that this could be effectively applied to sample test commercially available roxburghii products, providing technical support governmental supervision markets it will great significance quality control related
